Room is ok but not very clean vulgar taste

Front desk is always alone n busyThe pool is not that good.The sauna is not available all the time

The staff was really nice, even though there was a little bit of a language barrier (their English needs a bit of improving)

Hygiene is not good at all, there was mold and their cleaning was not done correctly. When asked for a refund, they denied even when I said that I would pay the previous night that was stayed. The breakfast was not looking good at all, the cleanliness is practically non-existent. I had to go to another place just because of this.

Very close to the mrt station. Breakfast was downstairs and cheap.

Really noisy outside but most of Bangkok is like that.

The location and facilities were excellent. Very clean too. An awesome breakfast with a variety of food to choose from. Extremely polite, friendly, and helpful staff available to assist with all requests 24/7. I also received an amazing gesture, a card wishing me a happy birthday, and a delicious cake. :) Thank you for everything, friends. See you again!

Nothing really to dislike

It was just amazing ?. Huge suite with comfortable bed. Very rich breakfast. Just few minutes walking to MRT station. 7/11 is just down the corner. A lot of food options around. The staff if sweet and pleasant. Definitely recommended.

The only minus is a slow canalization system. The water is flush out slowly from the cink and the bath. But i noticed that this is a whole Bangkok problem not just in the hotel.

Rooms were very nice and good cleaning and water provided. Pool and bar area great. Nice service to call taxi when needed. Great location.

Breakfast was ok but the kids did not enjoy the options. Maybe more around fruit and cereal selections. Bacon was also not crispy enough.

Location

Internet connection, it can be improved in the rooms too unstable and slow for working. Restaurant a bit out of date and unfortunately the rooftop swimming pool area is completely without a proper service, no staff at the bar.

+welcoming staff at the doors and on the desk.+ room was comfortable.+ shower was very good.+ breakfast was decent.

- driving to the hotel is difficult, down narrow streets with a LOT of traffic to deal with.- parking was not great. The car park was small and not easy to get into.- on our second day of breakfast we came down later in the morning. Little was done to refresh what was offered (only 1 person on duty) so I missed out on some of the things I’d have liked.- the toilet was a tiny space next to the shower. Not a lot of room for someone as tall as me and when water from the shower leaked into the space, it meant you had cold water at your feet. Not ideal.

Great value for the price and all areas are clean.

I was disappointed with the price of laundry. It was very expensive.

Liked everything about the hotel, very good breakfast and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Specially the receptionist Ploy.

The staff Lay is awesome, super friendly and professional, actually all the staff was fantastic. The rooms, swimming pool, etc was perfect. Actually i update the room for 3 more days to stay in.

Unique problem was the internet signal is really poor inside the room and swimming pool

The staff had serious language understanding issues. Could not understand the directions asked for whether it’s room cleaning services or anything related to food order. The rooms were far from what shown on the website. Dingy and no view from the window- blocked by their second building. The breakfast options were hilariously dull and not upto the mark. The worst - they don’t guide you well with the room amenities and instructions.

Smelly bathroom (sewage smell), old carpet, sulky reception desk staff at checkout.

The breakfast had a wide variety and the room was really beautiful.Room had central remote for light settings.

1. TV was inoperable, it cannot be casted. It was locked(only local channels could be seen)2. There were no moisturiser provided in the toiletries.3. The swimming pool timing should be from 6 or 7 am. Since it was from 10 am so wasn’t able to use it as we used to travel at that time.

The beautiful Lobby.The very gentle Staff.Our booked Bedroom, excellent!The beautiful Breakfast location,with for me enough Selection of different dishes.The outdoor Bar on the Top,Floor Number 8 and the Pool.The very good Original Cocktail withHappy Hour Time.The food in the Restaurant.The Proximity of the Metro Station with nearly Big big Shopping Centre, "Central 9" (only two Station from theHotel).For the Hotel not real negative pronounce, only two suggestions for the Breakfast Team.

The great traffic in the evening by walking.And the missing of English Menus in the Cinese Restaurants and availability of Spoon and Fork.

fantastic place close to blue line with very good offer of food, massages etc. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast.

It was great, the location is near MRT which connects to the airport link to it's easy to get in.The staff is very helpfulThe room had a bathtub which is great.There are a lot of restaurants near bar and a coffe shop that is very accessible

The best part of this hotel is the Porter ‘David’. He’s the one greeting everyone at the door and helping with the bags/luggage and taking care of people, making sure they have a wonderful stay at Amaranta Hotel. He was absolutely doing everything to make sure we had a great time in Bangkok and we sure did, for a big part because of him! Also: the location is great, the beds were very comfy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for everything!

I feel like the hotel is a little old fashioned, maybe even a bit outdated. Other than that, the facilities were great and we had a very good stay. Very good price also.
